How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are by booking only. You can book directly through our website booking page, send us a WhatsApp message, or drop us an email. We'll confirm your appointment once your deposit has been received.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For bridal bookings, we strongly advise booking as early as possible as dates fill up quickly — especially during peak wedding season.
What days and hours are you available?

We are available Monday to Saturday. Contact us directly to discuss available time slots that work for you.
Do you offer a trial session?

Yes — especially for brides, a trial session is highly recommended so we can perfect your look before the big day. Get in touch to arrange yours.

Payments & Deposits
Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total balance on the day of booking.
Are prices listed on the website?

Pricing is not listed on the website as every look is tailored to the occasion and client's needs. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and receive a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Your deposit is refundable — contact us directly to discuss your situation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

To get the most out of your session, please arrive with a clean, moisturised face — free of any makeup. If you have any skin concerns, allergies, or sensitivities, please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.
What makeup brands and products do you use?

We use only high-end, professional-grade products to ensure a flawless, long-lasting finish that is also kind to your skin.
How long will my appointment take?

Session times vary depending on the look and occasion. We'll give you a time estimate when you get in touch to book.

Where are you based?

We are based in Manchester, M27. Appointments are available at our studio or as home visits — whichever is more convenient for you.
Do you travel to clients?

Yes, we offer home visits in addition to studio appointments. Get in touch to discuss your location and we'll arrange accordingly.
